At Draco Slides, we want you to feel like you're walking on clouds. If your slides don't provide the perfect fit or comfort, you can return or exchange your unworn footwear within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the slides in their original Draco packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit, including all tags and inserts.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
